Becky, a yoga teacher from Richmond, North Yorkshire approached NMD through a family friend to help her develop her first-ever website. She wanted a web design that would reflect her calm and peaceful teaching style. The content would be concise and easy to read, and the imagery would be earthy and calming. The website was built on the WordPress platform, and Becky would be able to update the events herself as needed.

I started by working with Becky to define her brand identity. We talked about her goals for the website, her target audience, and her overall aesthetic. Once we had a good understanding of her vision for her website, I began designing the web design.

I chose a muted web color palette to create a sense of calm and peace. The fonts were also chosen for their simplicity and readability. The imagery was carefully selected to reflect the earthy and natural elements of yoga.

I also worked with Becky to develop her logo. She had a few rough sketches that she wanted to use as inspiration. I took those sketches and turned them into a logo that was both visually appealing and representative of her brand.

The website was a success. It met all of Becky’s requirements and helped her to connect with new students. She was able to update the events herself with ease, and the website was a valuable tool for her business.

I am proud of the work that I did with Becky. She is a talented yoga teacher, and I was able to help her to create a website that reflects her brand and her teaching style.
